Alekhya V V is a skilled Software Engineer with over 4 years of relevant experience in Frontend Development and Technical Project Management. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering Nanotechnology from Amity University. In addition to her passion for Science, Alekhya is also an avid singer and sketch artist. Currently, Alekhya is working as a Software Engineer at Primus Software Development, where she is a key front-end contributor on a team that created a web application currently used by 10,000 monthly users all over the United States. Her responsibilities include graphical visualizations in the form of beautifully crafted geo-maps and charts having animations and drill-down data, developing weekly and hourly timesheet forms, optimizing legacy code, and creating reusable components. She has also created a dynamic data rendering grid from scratch that can rearrange, show and hide columns, search and sort, drill down to show details of the row entry, show dynamic dialog pop-ups on column info, and save custom settings of the grid for individual users. Prior to her current role, Alekhya worked as an Intern at BREC Solutions Limited and a Research Intern at Polytechnique Montréal. During her time at Polytechnique Montréal, Alekhya assessed the solubility parameters of Nanomaterials using a thermodynamic approach in different organic solvents. She also contributed ideas for project planning and scheduling, regularly submitted reports, and made presentations in group meetings. Alekhya's technical skills include Frontend Development, Research Science, AngularJS, dotNET, ASP.NET, Search, UI, Web, and Test. She has excellent communication skills and has gained international exposure by working on international projects. Alekhya is a team player who can bring a team together with her optimism, enthusiasm, and initiative-taking approach. She also has research report writing and presentation skills, making her a valuable asset to any team.
